Sometimes that's a good way of working off an idea that you're not ready to start writing yet but that wants to make itself known. And then you've got stuff down for later if it turns out to be the right time to write that.

Good luck with figuring out the timelines and such for the crossover, too! To me, suggesting that time runs differently inside the castle gates makes total sense to me, all things considered. :-)
