Yeah, some days are like that. Sometimes I then end up writing something completely different, but yesterday I didn't really have the energy.
Sorry you've had mental health struggles as well. When your resources are low, it can easily be just a small silly thing that takes you over the edge. It gets better when I remember that this is my brain/body's (because our brains are part of our bodies and who knows what causes what) ways of telling us that something's off and we need to take care of ourselves, and if I then manage to ask myself what's wrong and what I need. Usually I know the answer when I spend a while listening, though dodging the negative self-talk has taken some practice. Hope you feel better soon. ♥
