I've had days of three or so token words, too. Being tired sucks. I hope you have more energy soon!

And I hear you on the different kinds of tired! I, too, get particularly exhausted by lots of interaction and demands on my attention. Even if it's for nice reasons, it just takes all of your focus and energy. If I have a lot of interaction for many days, I end up needing some really quiet and secluded breaks before I function normally again. Let's hope you can get yourself into balance again!
