Congrats for your writing! I didn't manage to check in again yesterday, sorry! I fear might not be able to check in daily from now on, too, as the house painting now starts in earnest. (Btw, somebody asked me some details about it, was that you? I know I didn't manage to comment on that yet, but can't find the question again, ashes on my head...[which is a German saying and probably incomprehensible or weird or both in English?]) It also got hot here again, around 30°C-ish, which makes everything more exhausting again since I already unlearned to cope with heat. *sigh* Good for my veggies at least, and for the outdoor work.... I wrote abou 700 words on the 10th, although most in correspondence, and posted my second WIP. This was even more complicated than usual, as it's a joint text and photo story, and getting the code bits for the images right with various sizes was a bit of work. *phew* But I'm really happy with the result, also content-wise; it's one of the best things I've ever written and done. I even already got reviews for it from one reader, one probably the loveliest review I ever got! :o) They compared the story to a beautiful indie arthouse film. Yesterday, I even managed 1,4k, most of it writing-related correspondence as well. But I'm shamelessly going to count that, and there were a few new words on the drawer edit.
