Haha, I realized when brushing my teeth (somehow that's a very fertile time for thoughts) that it's a pity they hadn't thought of them in the 1960s, because they would have been so perfect for the early years - really scary and easily done with the 60s effects! After all, some of the special effects back pretty much looked just like that only with less fluid editing. What an opportunity missed! Moffat ought to have figured out a way to time travel back there.
