Aww, it's not generally well regarded? I had lots of fun with it so far! I expect to finish watching it in the next few days, so I'll definitely write some words then what I thought about the whole thing. And hey, yes, I noticed a lot of familiar names popping up. :-D
And well, some parts of me may be enjoying Leela's costume, but the parts concerned with feminism and thinking and stuff making sense aren't enjoying it so much. It would make more sense if they were stuck in the Mediterranean in the summer or something! Also, the Doctor commenting on it and saying he likes it is sooooo weird, all things considered. I mean, when does the Doctor ever notice what someone else's wearing unless it's to tease Jamie about his kilt or tell people to dress appropriately for a historical time period? (Funny how that only applies to history, btw. There's never anything with "we're at the Cetus Alpha Five Space Station in the year 3169 so please go and put on some skin-tight sparkly stuff and a silver wig so you won't stand out so much".)
And yeeees, Horror of Fang Rock had really great Leela stuff!
