I'm bravely going for another bingo card, despite not having managed to finish any stories for any of the ones I've got, because [community profile] allbingo has the Cotton Candy Bingo theme this month, and I could use some fluff prompts. Maybe some of you could, too, so check out the challenge in the community if you like! You can either generate your own card or use one of the cards provided at the community. I actually ended up generating two, because I'm not sure which one I'm more likely to finish...

As you can tell, I'm now collecting prompt bingo cards in the hope of them sparking stories in me - I want to write fanfic but have trouble focusing on a story idea without something nudging me along. I thought [profile] all_bingo's current April fest had lovely prompts, and they have a bunch of public cards already generated if you're too lazy/something to create your own, so I claimed this one:

I've got a [community profile] trope_bingo card! Because I realized what I need in this strange time we're living in is TROPES.

Over at [community profile] historium, you can now request a bingo card for history-related fan works! (By now, I mean since almost two weeks ago, but oh, who's counting.) You can request fandom-specific or not, romance/sex prompts included or just gen prompts, and you get a super pretty card with custom background! And all history-related fandoms are go, be it historical fiction in prose, film/TV or whatever medium; historical SFF like steampunk or history-with-magic or what have you; time-travel and time-slip and whatnot stories involving different times, as long as one of the times counts as history. There's no minimum size/length requirement, no deadline, and you can use it for any medium of fanworks, whether it be fic, icons, fan art, vids, meta, craft... (Now that I said it, I want to try to use at least one of the squares for craft. Wonder if I could make that work out!)

Here's mine; I requested multi-fandom, romance/sex prompts included. I toyed with the idea of a fandom-specific card, but I couldn't settle on just one.

Forgot to post this earlier, but here's my reccer's bingo for [community profile] tardis_library's seasonal challenge. There's still plenty of time to sign up if you want a card of your own. The challenge runs until almost mid-September. It was a lot of fun last year, finding fan works to rec that matched the card squares so I could get a bingo.

Somehow, despite the fact that I didn't finish my fluff bingo line, and still have my Genprompt Bingo stories to write, I found myself browsing the [community profile] allbingo community and found the Cottoncandy Bingo Fest. Since I don't feel I got enough fluff written, this sounded nice, so I got a card generated. It's under the cut, let's see if I happen to get enough written to get a bingo during June! It has no minimum size requirements, so I can always try to create drabbles or something. Though squeezing my writing into just 100 words is usually a lot harder for me than producing a longer fic, so... We'll see!
