Doctor Who has been my main fandom for the past three years, and what brought me back into fanfic. Until fairly recently I only knew the new series, but this summer Twitch ran a marathon of all of the Classic series, just after I'd got all caught up with New Who. I watched as much as I reasonably could - in practice maybe 20 % of it, but enough to get an idea of all Doctors and most Companions - and now I've got even more to obsess over! At least fortunately I fell in love so hard with the Second Doctor era (which these characters are from) that for a while I'll just be happy acquiring everything from that era and watching it before I need to get the other eras. :-)
