Aah, thanks for pointing that out! I'll fix it right away. I always forget that if I do something in Pages (ie. the Mac word processing programme) it auto-fixes the plain quotes into 'smart quotes'. And I did that, because I was originally putting days 1 & 2 in the same post, then felt it was getting too big and copied the day 2 stuff into Pages for safe-keeping... I need to change that setting, it messes up my coding too often!
