The Faceless Ones coming out (in animation)

The Faceless Ones is the next (mostly) missing 1960s Doctor Who story to get released as an animated version! It's going to come out in 2020. Two episodes of this story exist, and I've watched them from the Lost in Time DVD and really enjoyed them, so this makes me very happy. I haven't yet watched a recon version or listened to the full audio, though I plan to do so for the missing Second Doctor stories sometime soon this year.

Oh, I suddenly remembered that I should post a Second Doctor era manifesto with fic recs at tardis_library tomorrow, and I haven't even started. Oops.

I've thought about it! A lot! Somehow I've just not gotten to the "words written" phase of things.

(I should perhaps try now. I just had a glass of wine over the course of finishing watching Horror of Fang Rock, so that might have my self-criticism down a bit.)

Yes! A wine-fuelled manifesto definitely sounds like a plan! You are just sharing the Obvious Awesome that is Two and his adorable companions and the excellent fanworks created for them, no self-criticism needed. Two would appreciate the sharing of Nice Things! <3

I'm a surprisingly good speller even with wine (I just spelled "surprisingly" correctly, too!). Though rereading things one writes at night is always sensible, if one intends to post them.

Er, I've got a little over a 1000 words now. Definitely not done, though! But some of the words even are fic recs. :-D
