As I'm on the fourth day into my post-WorldCon trip cold, it's probably entirely reasonable that my entertainment of choice at the moment is reading through all the Imperial Radch fanfic on AO3 that has Sphene in it.

(At some point, I will actually write about the con. Once my body has figured out how to not do this being sick thing anymore.)

Thanks! It's mostly getting better, but damn the throat infection part has been nasty, and I'm going to be coughing for quite a while yet, I suspect. But I woke up today feeling considerably less terrible than yesterday, and the cough mostly didn't keep me from sleeping, so that's good. I hope to have energy to read your WorldCon reports soon! Really looking forward to reading them, but I've been saving them for when I actually feel able to focus properly. :-)

Now I don't feel so alone in my post-Worldcon cold! I hope to have staved off the worst of it with my standard treatment of sleeping for two days straight.

Aww, sorry you've been sick, too! Most of my travel companions were sick at some point during our trip, so I guess I'm lucky I at least only got it afterwards, even if it's a worse one than they had. Pretty sure I got it at the con rather than from one of them because the symptoms are so different. I'm slowly coming through to the other side, but the cough has been something insane. I'm half fearing angry letters from neighbours, and I've probably sprained some muscles slightly... Hope your cold lets you off more lightly! Sleeping is a good cure when you can manage it.

Oh well, at least it's a good reason to rest and read.
