I finally got started editing one of my femslash ficlets. It's not quite done yet, but I did a decent amount of progress. I kind of hope I'll get a bunch of these done in the near future, and then can send them out to beta. Oh, probably should hunt for betas, for that matter...

Oh, and I did my Yuletide nominations. Not writing, but will help with writing later on. At least I'm likely to use some requests I've already requested before, so I'll be able to reuse some prompts/letter stuff rather than write everything from scratch... Hopefully it will help that part.

Only a few sentences of actual fic, but I've made more notes for that original bunny and did some research. I also named the main characters, surprisingly easily this time.

I'm impressed by your day's productivity. I settled for 508 words on the story, as I had to bring some grading home with me and used up most of my remaining energy on that instead of writing. *sighs*

Well, I wouldn't say it was super-productive, the ficlet in question was 800-900 words long and I edited maybe half of it. (And that was a first edit, things that jump out at me on the first go.) Still, it's good to have got started on that.

508 words is still a nice amount of writing especially for a day when you had a lot of work!

Sounds like you had a pretty productive day!

My day was pretty good -- no adulting (aside from laundry, heh), so I did get quite a bit done. Most of it on the nonfiction project, but I did re-work the bit I started for the creepy bookshop story to make it fit into the not-creepy bookshop novel. Erm, maybe I should give them both working titles. ;-)

It wasn't really - the ficlet I was editing wasn't all that long. But it's good to get started, at least. :-)

Yay for bookshop-story reworking! Hmm, yes, they could probably use more convenient handles. Giving titles for anything is horrible for me, though, so good luck.
