Write Every Day - August Day #13

Today has mostly been a very lazy, quiet sort of day. Some reading, some writing, lots of relaxing. Been too tired for anything very active, though I have gone for a walk and done some yoga. Was glad I managed to make food out of leftovers.

I worked on one of my original ideas, both writing a few hundred words on a couple of possible scenes, and brainstorming and making notes of my ideas. Now in the evening I've started editing my Rare Pair Fest fic.

I'm glad you got some rest. <3

I finished the draft of my project description (trying not to think about how it's probably terrible etc. + how I still need to finish the proposed time schedule and write a cover letter) and then finished the beta I worked on the other night, so all in all it was a fairly productive day for me.

I know the feeling of finishing something and then trying not to think about how it's probably terrible etc. But hey, it probably isn't, that's just what everyone's mind does at this point. :-) Sounds like a productive day indeed, yay!

Today was another long, sweaty, laborious day, but I did write a lengthy blog post about Charlottesville, racism in the US, etc. I think that counts. :-)

I managed 2k of origfic and then a few paragraphs of slavefic - I think the ending needs a bit more fiddling with, but the next chapter should be mostly done, yay.

I wrote about 2000 words and most of them are probably even usable - for something.

I need to pace myself a bit for all the deadline ahead.
